To Make Lithe Tea
Measure out the desired quantity of tea into a cup. Add about 1/2 cup boiling water (for 1/2 tsp to 2 tsp of tea) or 1 cup boiling water (up to 4 tsp tea) and steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
