The inner cushion of this dog bed is filled with SmartFill, a 100% recycled fiber. This dense, cushiony fiber makes Big Shrimpy dog beds feel more substantial when compared to most other dog beds.

Because SmartFill is made of many individual tufts of fiber, Big Shrimpy dog beds can be opened up and refluffed to restore the loft of the fiber. SmartFill is machine washable and dryable. The inner cushion is odor and water-resistant, but if necessary, the inner cushion can be unzipped to remove and wash the SmartFill.
